- Drafts the course outline, including the course proposal, the relevant documents and a TPGateway submission guide, so you never need to work out which details to prepare.

- Reviews and improves the draft against the requirements of the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA).

- Gives the final sign-off before your courseware is submitted for approval.

01What should be included in an initial enquiry?
An outline of your intended training programme and target timelines provides sufficient context for our first discussion. Details regarding your current accreditation status or prospective business model help our team arrive prepared, though formal documentation is unnecessary at this preliminary stage.
02Is the initial consultation chargeable?
Preliminary consultations are held without charge and carry no obligation. This discussion allows us to review your programme objectives, determine applicable SWDA funding routes, assess course viability, and provide realistic budgets before any commitment is made.
03Do you advise organisations entering the training sector for the first time?
Much of our advisory work involves guiding new entrants through the process of becoming a registered training provider. If your leadership team is currently evaluating the viability of establishing an accredited training arm, an initial conversation helps clarify regulatory prerequisites and capital requirements.
04Are preliminary discussions treated in strict confidence?
Information shared during preliminary discussions and throughout any engagement remains confidential. We adhere to strict data protection standards and routinely sign formal non-disclosure agreements prior to reviewing proprietary materials or business plans.
