The website at 2birds.asia (the "Website") is owned and operated by 2BIRDS PRIVATE LIMITED (UEN 202625717Z), a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Singapore, having its registered office at 7 Temasek Boulevard, #12-07 Suntec Tower One, Singapore 038987 ("2BIRDS", "we", "us" or "our").

This Legal Statement applies to every person who accesses or uses the Website (the "User", "you" or "your") and is to be read together with the Website Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Engagement.

The content of the Website (the "Content") is published for general information concerning 2BIRDS and the regulatory environment in which training providers operate in Singapore. The Content does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, tax or other professional advice and must not be relied upon as such.

Regulatory requirements are subject to change. 2BIRDS gives no assurance that the Content reflects the requirements in force at the time of reading. Users should verify the prevailing requirements against the primary sources published by the relevant authority before acting.

Professional services are provided by 2BIRDS solely under a written engagement letter executed by 2BIRDS and the client, read together with the Terms of Engagement (together, the "Engagement Letter").

No relationship of client and adviser, and no duty of care in respect of any particular matter, arises from the use of the Website, from any enquiry submitted through it or from any preliminary correspondence, unless and until an Engagement Letter has been executed.

2BIRDS is a private consultancy. It is not part of, is not appointed by and does not act for or on behalf of the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) or any other ministry, statutory board or public authority of Singapore.

References on the Website to SWDA, TPGateway, the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ), the Course Approval Skills List (CASL), the Training Provider Quality Assessment (TPQA) and related frameworks describe publicly available regulatory schemes. Such references do not imply endorsement, accreditation or affiliation of any kind.

Decisions concerning organisation registration, course approval, funding, quality assessment grades and every other regulatory outcome rest solely with the relevant authority. 2BIRDS does not guarantee, and is not in a position to guarantee, any such outcome.

The Website and the Content, including text, graphics, photographs, films, designs, marks and the underlying code, are the property of 2BIRDS or its licensors. All intellectual property rights in the Website and the Content, including copyright, database rights and rights in the 2BIRDS name, wordmark and dove device, are owned by or licensed to 2BIRDS. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Client names, logos and course titles that appear on the Website are the property of their respective owners and are displayed with their permission or for the purpose of identification only. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement of any third party by 2BIRDS, or of 2BIRDS by any third party.

This Legal Statement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or with the Website, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
