Course title
Workflow Automation for Training Operations
Enrolment, attendance, grant administration and reporting
Overview
Training operations depend on high volumes of repetitive administration, from registration and attendance to grant claims and learner communications. This workshop shows how to automate that work while preserving the accuracy and audit trail the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) expects.
Manual processes consume staff capacity and introduce errors that surface later as rejected claims, missed deadlines, or audit findings. Automation resolves these problems only when it is designed around the regulatory requirements it serves.
The session moves from mapping existing workflows and prioritising automation opportunities to building automations across enrolment, assessment, finance, and reporting, and concludes with the controls that keep them reliable. Every module is taught against real operational processes and statutory deadlines.
