Propositions, messaging and campaigns
The written brand. Positioning, the message for each audience, and a campaign plan that runs across the year.

The brand and marketing a registered training provider is at liberty to commission, composed within the practice and held within SSG's advertising rules. Made with ST Warrior, our partner in front of the lens.
16 : 9A brand for a training organisation is built behind the lens. The provider is the one who finally steps in front of it.
The marketing work a registered training provider is free to commission. These are our services, each made to the same standard as the rest of the practice.
The written brand. Positioning, the message for each audience, and a campaign plan that runs across the year.
The year, mapped against course intakes and the rhythm of the sector, with event plans and schedules where they are called for.
The finished work. Identity systems, websites and interfaces, photography, and personal branding video with ST Warrior.
SkillsFuture Singapore's 2025 guideline is clear. A registered training provider may not ask any outside party to promote, advertise or market its courses. The public face of the courses stays with the provider.
Within that line, there is room. A provider may bring in outside help to build the brand and marketing foundations of the organisation itself, the strategy, the schedule and the finished work, so long as the provider is the one who finally publishes to the public. Everything we offer sits, by design, on the permitted side of that line.

When an engagement calls for the founder or principal trainer to appear on camera, we work with ST Warrior, a Singapore creative studio whose short-form video we trust. We plan it, ST Warrior films it, and the provider publishes it, the way the guideline requires.
Their public-facing TikTok studio runs as PixPlaySG, where the work speaks for itself before a word is exchanged.
A training provider's public face is its own. Ours is the quiet work behind it, the strategy, the schedule, and the finished work.

Michael Tan, CEO of the Singapore Productivity Centre, runs a personal channel that lets the wider sector hear from him directly. The channel was built by ST Warrior.
For a training organisation, the personal standing of the founder or principal trainer is an asset the framework places no limit on. A leader's voice, well composed and consistently published, builds standing for the practice without ever advertising the course itself.
