TAEPP-registered practitioners
Our curriculum developers and adult educators are registered on the National Adult Educator Registry, under the Training and Adult Education Professionalisation Pathway (TAEPP).
We develop curriculum for registered training providers, and provide the advisory that supports a course through approval, audit and everything in between.
If you operate as a registered training provider, or intend to become one, three things will decide whether the business holds. Approval decides whether you have a product at all. A course the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA), formerly SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), has not endorsed carries no subsidy, and few learners will be willing to pay for the full fee. Curriculum decides what you then have to build. Once approval is granted, you are bound to the course you described, and the materials and assessments must answer to it. Audit decides whether you keep what you have. A provider whose records diverge from its submissions can forfeit the approval it worked to obtain.
We attend to all three. We anchor the course to an approved skill on the Course Approval Skills List (CASL). We prepare the submission and build the courseware. We ready you for the audit well before it arrives. We introduce trainers and subject matter experts drawn from our own community. Lastly, we work with you on the marketing contents. One firm undertakes the whole of the work.
Training providers come to us the way one goes to a good craftsman. The work is measured precisely, tailored closely, and made to last. We take on a small number of projects each quarter, and we give each one the whole of our attention.
Not claims. Credentials.
Our curriculum developers and adult educators are registered on the National Adult Educator Registry, under the Training and Adult Education Professionalisation Pathway (TAEPP).
The work is led by a senior professional adult educator under TAEPP, with close to one hundred courseware submissions behind him.
Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) invited us to speak at its 2025 outreach on strengthening training quality through sound adult educator systems.

Tell us what you want to build. We will tell you honestly whether it is worth building, which SWDA funding route fits it, and roughly what it would cost. There is no charge and no obligation.
You receive a proposal that names the deliverables, the timeline and the fee. Nothing is vague, and nothing changes midway. The people named in it are the people who do the work.
We develop the materials, submit them through TPGateway, and answer SWDA's questions until the review is closed. Then we stay reachable, because the audit comes later, and we intend to be there for it.

You know your trade and want to teach it. We register the organisation, develop the first course, and walk you to your first class.

New courses to submit, funding to maintain, audits to prepare for, and classes to fill. We assist with all of it, every day.

Trainers and subject-matter experts join our community and are matched to real courses, with no placement fee taken from anyone.

These are the questions we hear most often, answered candidly.
Every engagement is priced as a fixed fee, set out in a written proposal before any work begins. The fee reflects the standard of the work, from accredited developers to two readers on every page, and a firm that stays with the course through approval and audit. We would rather do fewer projects properly than many projects cheaply, and our clients tend to feel the same way.
We are not able to do so. Our accreditations attach only to work we have prepared ourselves. To extend them to courseware developed by others would misrepresent that material to SWDA, and it would not hold up on review. Where you have capable people of your own, we would be glad to work alongside them. What we cannot do is certify work we have not undertaken.
Each project is led by a Level 3 Senior Professional Adult Educator under TAEPP, supported by two curriculum developers accredited under DACE or DDDLP, and by three where the project calls for it. We do not subcontract, and we are glad to introduce you to the people who will be handling your project.
It is a short conversation, around twenty minutes by phone or email, to understand the project, its timeline and the form of SWDA funding that suits the course. We will give you a candid view of whether it is work we should take on and what it is likely to cost. There is no charge and no obligation on either side.
The first consultation is complimentary, with no obligation. You will hear from us within two working days.
